Have you tried Provestra?
I bought my first box less than 2 weeks ago and have been taking the pills once a day since then. Going through the list of ingredients in provestra I was surprised. It looked like an excellent vitamin supplement with herbs that balance a woman's hormones. I know mine are totally wacky. What with mood swings that get worse each month, really awful PMS which scares the wits out of my husband and now a depression that gets worse with each cycle. I definitely need something to balance my hormones.

The thing is that provestra is marketed as a female libido pill. Can't see why from the ingredients but taking the pills, that was the first thing I felt. Ok. First hour or so, I felt a melting relaxation. The Valerian kicking in I guess. Something I look forward to each morning as the tension I experience all the time is unbearable.

Then the libido part kicks in and I scare off my husband. He suggested I get a toy before I kill him. Interestingly, take a look at the free gifts offered with orders of 4 or more boxes of provestra. One of them would come in very useful for a woman whose libido has gone wild.

The testimonials I've read on the web about provestra related to PMS are promising. On top of that, there are no known side effects other than a slight permanent increase in breast size from taking it. After 3 months, all the testers who used to have bad PMS and mood swings found that these mood swings had vanished. After studying the list of ingredients on the box again, I decided to go for it. Ordered 4 more months supply, hoping to kill off the mood swings. Got nothing to lose and everything to gain from it.

Vitamin B and C are used to combat stress and are found in those anti-stress supplements. Valerian root is used to treat insomnia and I am suffereing from insomnia. From the ingredients list, provestra looks like something I definitely need. L-Arginine is an amino acid that aids the burning of fat. It is often found in slimming products. I've got plenty of fats I'd be too happy to burn off, so L-Arginine looks good to me.

The entire list looks like a great multi-vitamin for women.

I was wondering, have you tried provestra? Please feel free to post your reviews here. I find that it does affect my libido a lot, the effect seems to get stronger each day. According to the website, the full effect can be felt by week 3. Wondering how long it would take for my moods to stabilize and the pms to vanish. So far, the only effect is on my libido. What about you?
