Using HFR4her to shed the fat

I've had plenty of trouble trying to shrink that huge flaccid abdomen that hangs out after the birth of my second child. My fault as I did not take care of my body right after that. I tested HFR4her during my next workout and the maxoderm connection later, with my husband when he was game for it. Connection worked on me beyond expectiations. I'll write a review about it in this site in a while.

As for HFR4Her, the immediate sensations were there. A warming sensation when applied. I applied it all over my abdomen and sides. When I tried brisk walking on the treadmill, within 5 minutes, I had a mild stitch on my sides as if I were sprinting. The workout felt more effective on my abs than normal, so all signs of it working are positive.

Still too soon to see results. It'll take 4 to 12 weeks before results are visible. I'll post my experience with it over the next 12 weeks.
