I must say that the workouts do trim down the waist. All those twists, the work on the obliques, upper abs and lower abs would whittle down the waist if one persists at doing the workouts as scheduled. Not much time is required. That abs workout requires less than 30 minutes. If you have the time, add another 8 minutes in the bonus workout to attack the flab around the waist.
On other days, the 1st workout which is much easier in my opinion, lasts just 30 minutes. Waking up 30 minutes earlier on those days would be a great investment. Wouldn't a great body be worth the effort?
Just look at the women in that work out. If they can do it, so can the rest of us.
The second workout takes more time. It is a 45 minute workout. Add on the 8 minute segment and it is almost an hour. Still, alternating between the 3 workouts, it is time well spent. Just imagine the clothes you can wear after months of persistence whittling your body in shape.
